Purchasing a home is a large investment – it’s kind of a big deal, financially and emotionally. So, we want you to lean on us as we explore loan and rate options to see what might work best for your financial picture.

Here we go, the first step. It starts with completing an application, either online or with the assistance of a loan officer. After that, upon proper due diligence, an approval contract will be emailed you.
With approval contract agreed upon and signed, everybody’s on the same page. Now the our Lender begins reviewing available options and terms tailored to your situation, then provides you with an estimate, through a loan estimate contract.
This is when you really want to get up close and personal. With a thorough examination of the home, either through an appraisal or a BPO, the total estimated loan costs and expenses including taxes will be paid upon as agreed by signing a loan estimate contract.
You! Are! So! Close! At this point, the underwriter will review all the documentation. If it meets the minimum requirements, they’ll issue a “Promissory Note" upon which will determine the disbursement day.
And here we are… with final sign-off, you’re clear to close. We’ll get the Promissory Note to you ready for you to sign, then we’ll move the money to the account of your choosing after the closing costs is paid through the Title company. High-fives all around!
